We stayed here as a group of six adults and one baby, and I was genuinely impressed. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and incredibly convenient. It’s close to golf courses, the beach, and all the facilities you might need. Parking was easy and never a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place and would happily come back. Great experience!

Value was excellent for a 3 bedroom /3 bath condo in July. Property and upkeep was great. The beach was walkable and staff was helpful. Would have stayed a week but had other obligations.

This was our first time staying here. The communication from the staff was prompt, thorough and friendly. The unit was spacious and comfortable and offered what you would hope and expect to find in terms of amenities. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach. We will stay here again next trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes! The condo was the perfect size for our family of six. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, and we never heard a peep from any of our neighbors. The kids loved using the pool and hot tub! And the proximity to the beach (five minute walk) was incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay!

Absolutely excellent stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right on the best part of the beach on the island. The accommodation was wonderful, super clean and spacious. Excellent facilities. Comfy sun loungers. Wonderful helpful staff. So pleased we chose to stay here on Hilton Head Island!

Very Clean and Easy Access to the Beach!

Check in and check out were seamless. Very friendly staff. The location was amazing, just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach. Walmart was only a couple miles away and lots of options for food and gas in the area. Rooms were clean and amenities were sufficient. Nice view of the golf course behind us from our room. Would for sure stay there again!!!

Nice, clean and well-furnished condo unit with nice pools and rec center. Staff was very pleasant; activities were plentiful, and the location was very convenient to Islanders Beach. Sad that the tennis club across from the property was being taken down.

I had an issue with one of the pipes in the bathroom leaked all.over the floor and they came and fixed it right away. Room was clean, and easy access to the building. Parking was a little tight but besides that I would recommend this place. We also got to see an alligator right from our balcony hanging out.

We could not have been any more comfortable or happy with our stay at Royal Dunes Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs.The 3 bedroom, 3 full bath (including a jacizzi tub) condo was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and top notch. It is only an easy 5 minute walk to Islanders Beach Park and the beach was beautiful. The resort is lovely and tucked back in the gorgeous Port Royal Village area. Our group of five adults enjoyed this resort very much but it is perfect for families with children. I highly recommend this place!

My family had a good time, there were 4 of us so both kids got their own bed so they were ecstatic about that. Only irritating thing was we were on the 2nd floor and the people above had kids that apparently liked to run and jump around which was clearly audible on our level. Nothing again the place for that but something to keep in mind if you have the option for the top floor.

We have traveled with our kids quite a bit the last couple years and have never been treated so graciously. We felt like we were family there with staff, and the way they brought other families together for events at the pool area really set this place apart from all other places we’ve stayed. Our condo was clean. There are many improvements going on around the property and talking with the manager you can tell he is very passionate about making royal dunes a wonderful place. All communication was prompt and friendly. My mom traveled with us and uses a walker to get around and we requested special accommodations before our arrival. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow and we loved that! It’s about a 5min easy walk to the beach (it’s across the street!). We drove my mom to the beach parking lot though, and if you forget your handicap pass, bring quarters for meter parking! It’s for a good cause. We also rented bikes that were dropped off at the resort and loved riding around the royal plantation area or to Paris Baguette for coffee and pastries. We just loved this place and really plan on coming back. The only thing is didn’t love (and I hate saying this) is out of the 4 beds in our rental the one was not super great, which happened to be ours. Everyone else had great beds, my kids did not want to leave. If we could bring our dogs we’d move in! Thank you Tyler and staff for an amazing week celebrating my mom’s birthday!
