Hello Mark, I'm so sorry no one was able to give you the appropriate answers while you were staying here. Let me update you and severely apologize on our behalf! The pool was under maintenance while you were staying, I'm not sure why anyone told you it was able to be used at the time, because as you saw it was not ready, since your stay the pool is now fixed, cleaned, and filled and is ready for use. as for the small things like you stated, our front desk is open until 9pm so you're always welcome to give the front desk a call, or come on over with any questions or concerns you may have. again we are very sorry about the inconvenience and we do hope you continue to stay with us in the future!

Hi Megan, so sorry about the bugs! they can get a bit crazy here in the summer especially down by the lake, we are still trying to figure out a better solution to get rid of most of the bugs but bare with us on that end! as for the clean sheets, we do apologize for that, that was certainly unprofessional on our end. Anyone who stays here has the right to have a clean room to come back to and it should never be too much to ask for. as for the breakfast, we did get a new cook recently, so i promise you the food is much better and the price was lowered to 15 per person, which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, muffins and waffles and of course we do have complimentary coffee and water and we do have a bar now so if you wanted a cocktail such as a bloody Mary or mimosa we will certainly accommodate for that. Again we are so sorry for any inconvenience you had while staying here and hopefully you choose to stay here again in the future.
