The food options were challenging but the customer service made up for it. Every train ride into Tokyo will take 45 minutes or so and cabs will be costly. I would stay here again. "

This is completely inappropriate and not something I’ve ever encountered at any hotel before. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hotels should ensure that their entertainment menus are clearly separated and that explicit content is never placed where families or unsuspecting guests might come across it. This experience significantly impacted my stay in a negative way."
