Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"I had a great experience at Ocean Blue & Sand! From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained and I really enjoyed having a balcony to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pools were definitely one of my favorite parts of the resort, especially the swim-up bar. It was a great place to relax, have a drink and enjoy the vacation atmosphere. The resort is beautiful, spacious and has a lot to offer. The only thing I would recommend improving is the trolley service. The resort mentions that the trolley runs approximately every 15 minutes, but during our weekend stay I only managed to use it twice. Since the property is quite large, there is quite a bit of walking between the different areas, so having a more frequent and reliable trolley service would be very helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. I would definitely come back!"

"The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and nice. Some of the building needs painting, they have black lines and the inside walls could be cleaner. The beach setup is nice. The beach water looks dirty, lots of seaweed and very scary. The food was ok and the drinks are decent. Staff are nice, polite, respectful and helpful. I understand that their primary language is Spanish but make sure most of your employees are bilingual because the goal is cater to everyone. Julissa is a sweetheart and a gem to the property. She goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy. She was very responsive in every matter we had and made sure everything was resolved. Keep up the great work Julissa! We had a butler with our stay but really didn't use. If you are looking for relaxing. the adult side is perfect. We didn't have to fight for chairs at the pool or at the beach."

"Staff: excellent Room: mine was excellent but my family’s room was with a big water leak and a big humidity Pool: the pool was soooooooo hot, was disgusting in the meddle of August find the outside pool better than being in the pool. Was horrible the pool water temperature Beach: it was impossible to go into the water at all ‘cause of the tons of sargassum"
