“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying...

“The staff! The entire entertainment crew was absolutely amazing!! I could name all of them and truly mean they did good. Bubaloo, Jose, Nicky Minaj, Alexis, and the other girls were the most welcoming and sweetest people.(the girls names are harder to remember for me but did just as good!) not only was the entertainment crew awesome but the landscapers, life guards, bartenders, restaurant crew, and lobby workers looked like they loved their jobs and gave us a friendly smile and most of the time...
