"I have been to Lopesan twice first time was amazing. It was about three years ago, but the food was not great. And they were more welcoming this year was not the same. They were as welcoming they said because season was down, but that doesn’t mean that you have to treat other guests that are coming to your hotel differently. They didn’t inform us we can use the new hotel. They didn’t satisfy me with the food again, less labeling for people that don’t eat pork or have all allergies. They had no idea what the food was when you ask them because they didn’t have signs but other than that everything else was fine."

"El hotel es lindo, tiene mucho entretenimiento para niños y adultos. Considero que deben revisar el tema de los aires acondicionados en los restaurantes, ya que se siente mucho olor a moho. La comida del restaurante Japonés fue malísima, no me gustó. Los buffets son buenos, el personal de servicio en los restaurantes es amable en su mayoría. Los tragos son muy básicos y el personal de los bares, en especial los de los alrededores de la piscina, son muy desatentos y groseros, con los latinos. La piscina requiere urgente mantenimiento, cambio de algunas baldosas, pueden causar un accidente, ya qué se han ido cayendo. De igual manera lo recomiendo. Gracias al mayordomo, por ser tan atento. Muy buen servicio el del transporte interno del hotel"
