The attention is received at Ocean El Faro was phenomenal. Great place for a family vacation. So many activities. Staff is wonderful. Franklin was our butler and was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay! Alberto at the pool bar was also great! Overall great experience. This is my second time here and can’t wait to come back!

Our family visited this resort for the spring break. The resort has the right size - not too small and not too big. Lazy river was fun, enough shade at the beach, quick transportation around hotel, good variety of evening activities for the whole family. We were even assigned a butler! Jose made our experience smooth and enjoyable by taking care of every small request - restaurant reservations, taxi booking, luggage pickup, etc.

Ocean El Faro is the most amazing property. Amazing service, happy staff. We were in the El Beso and were greeted by Carlos Enrique who was our Guest expeirence Specialist. He was with us on message everytime from booking restaurants to arranging water in the rooms. Kudos to him!

The rooms were a little on the old side. Everything else was great especially the accommodations that they made for us because we eat halal. Every night they prepared the meals for us at every restaurant we went to. It was great!!
