“Room was dirty, staff did there best to accommodate. The air filter in a.c. was so dirty room was hot due to that.microwave filthy, fridge, floors, if you want clean this would not be a good location for you. Did enjoy seeing boats in harbor. For the price I paid, 134.00 a dump.”

“The tv didn’t work and there was no hot water in the room , in the shower or the sink.”

“Only complaint,no coffee maker in room.”

“Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area .”

“Erin and Josh do a wonderful job and put a lot of love into their inn between the service, food, decor, cleanliness and personalization of their guest stay! Such a good find”

“Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!”

“Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful.”
