“The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. “I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights.
