"Stayed the first night as planned. It was excellent. Then, I dealt with catastrophic issues pertaining to work and 13 hours later needed another room. On February 23rd, that evening desk agent went above and beyond to help me and when I finally made it into another room, I was very grateful to the staff. The amenities and the rooms were excellent, clean and cared for. However the staff is what really makes this place stand out."

"From the moment we pulled up to the front entrance, we knew we were in for a great stay! The entire staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. The room was spotless, well-appointed and quiet, as was the entire facility. When you have a spa, top-notch restaurant and bar on the premises, there is no need to leave the Lodge. We look forward to our next stay!"

"Everything was very nice, pool room could use som remodeling and clean up. A lot of rust on the floors and discoloration of pool, chipping in the hot tub. "

"The room was immaculately clean. Housekeeping had made beautiful flowers on the spare toilet paper rolls! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was considerably better than most hotels. They also had real apple turnover pastries. The property was in great shape. I got to meet the owner. He is a genuinely nice person and also an Army Veteran. For me, there is no other place to stay when I am in Appleton! "
