"Our stay at sandcastle was marred with unforseen occurances. Our jacuzzi broke and flooded our room. Mot able to use all week. They did adjust the final payment to dec. total price of final payment. The room was good otherwise. Took long time to get hot water to 9th floor for wash and shower.
Loved the veranda that faced the ocean. Breakfast very good. Hotel was fixing front entrance all of our stay.
Las palmas rest. Very good, smile 4 miles store helpful in lobby. Staff couteous. Overall good, a 3 star hotel as advertised"

"Founders property is so pretty and relaxing to just sit in the garden and listen to the water fountain. My room was great, bed was comfy, AC was cooling during the day then fireplace warmed it at night. I ordered (pick up) dinner from Swan Terrace and it was delicious. Very quiet hotel. My 3rd stay over the last few yrs. I will return."

"Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway."
