A great hotel !

Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! The room surpassed our expectations, and the shower is absolutely incredible! My goodness, you felt refreshed and revived, ready to take on the day's adventures or to wind down at night. I have zero complaints! And yes, you do get the stuffed camel souvenir. Definitely worth the visit!

地點很好，非常近火車站，離商圈也不遠，打個車十幾分鐘就到。 大堂挺美的，但房間裏沒有梳妝鏡子在梳妝桌有點兒不方便。

Very good choice in town. Average in general

Rooms are ok, even if clearly not super new. For Inner Mongolia standards, for sure a good experience. Cleanliness is very good. Staff not sufficient, no spoken English, but especially little helpfulness (I do speak some Mandarin, but still no relevant suggestions to give on restaurants, sights, etc.). Restaurants/breakfast ok.

Fint hotell i bra läge

Bra hotell i centrala Hohhot. Gångavstånd till shopping. Mycket svårt att göra sig förstådd på engelska men det mesta löstes med tecken istället. Några i personalen kunde lite engelska. Mycket bra standard. Hårda sängar, vilket jag tror är vanligt i Kina. Frukosten mest kinesisk men fanns bacon och ägg, samt espresso om man fick rätt hjälp. Mycket hjälpsam personal.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights,and killed at least 3 mosquitoes each night. I suspected that there was a mosquito net in the room. It was a terrible experience. I simply could not get enough sleep because of the mosquito. This does not suppose to happen on a 5-star hotel like Sheraton. In fact, it is 4am now, I am waiting for the mosquito to come, I have been fighting with them since 2am. I will never come back again.

非常差的一間酒店

房間很舊, 特別是廁所, 有水漬, 雲石邊的膠裂開有污垢。 房間沒有冷氣, 調到冷風16度, 房間還是28度, 而且非常嘈, 晚上完全睡不好。 到了早上八點多開始, 就不斷有人沒有經過同意進入房間,第一次是問我要不要打掃, 再來是有沒有衣服要洗, 11點就進來問什麼時候要退房, 直到我發火叫他不要再進來了他才沒有再進來, 非常可怕。退房時跟前台反映, 也只得到一句不好意思就不了了之。 最後, 過了幾天發現, 酒店在我信用卡扣掉467元人民幣, 我是5月7號入住的, 我經過hotels.com聯繫酒店, 但酒店到現在還沒有回復。

心地好い滞在が確保できました

部屋は清潔かつ静安で、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。また、途中で予定が変わり、一日早くｙ切り上げたのですが、その際予約変更不可であったので、返金できないことをすまながっていました。スタッフも丁寧でした。

Nice, but slipping.

Starwood really needs to get their quality control staff on site asap because the Chinese idea of maintenance and upkeep is vastly different than the rest of the world. In other words, "people don't do what you expect, they do what you inspect". While still a Starwood property, it's slipping fast with regards to basic upkeep of details. The staff were exceptionally nice however. My biggest beef was with the AC settings. For some reason, China has issues with AC and determines what people should set their AC to. If you are lucky, you can get it down to 24 celcius - this Sheraton was NO different in the four rooms I used.

酒店很在意客户的感受，从下出租车到达九点开始，服务人员会很贴心的给你写有出租车牌的小卡片开始，没一个问题酒店工作人员都会耐心解答。当下解决不了的问题，会有工作人员持续跟进，价格合理，服务很好。下次还会入住的。

位處市中心,去市內境點不難,我住的房間種類是最便宜的一種.但房內設施很足夠,補給又快,基本上你想到的他也有,酒店設施齊備.早餐(我的房間種類不包早餐,所以我是自費的)選擇很多,環境很不錯. 但若找酒店車作機場接送,服務是一流,但價錢偏貴(120-150人民幣單程),但因內蒙的士不看鏢計數,開天殺價的情況多,若想安全一點,這也算可以. **我剛到內蒙已給的士司機扮友好,見我第一次來,在開車後不久在公路上便開天殺價,結果本來不用100元的車程給騙了120,所以建議問清楚酒店接送價錢再自行決定坐不坐的士**
