너무 좋은 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 시설은 깨끗했고 수영장이 조금 작았지만 놀기에는 부족하지 않았습니다. 다만 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있는게 불편했지만 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

룸컨디션 좋고, 조식 마싯고, 다만 나무바닥이 아니라 어린아이가 있다면 계속 신경 써야해요! 그리고 계단 중간이 뚫려잇어 4세 이전 아이들에겐 위험해요

A convenient and peaceful small paradise
Banana Garden is a peaceful place to stay run by a beautiful family. Our room was super clean and smelled very good and mosquito free thanks to an aroma lamp they had lit before we arrived. The house is located a little far from the Old Quarter, but the fifteen-minute walk was pleasant. Thanks to the location, we were able to be away from the noisy motorbikes and finally woke up with birds' song. I highly recommend this little paradise.

Really close to old town and bike usage was great! Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t have any hot water during our trip in our room and workout area is a treadmill and bike on fake grass in a small room. Really liked how close it is to the action.

Very nice 2 br family suite. To be clear, our family suite was two large adjoining rooms with a queen plus full bed in each room. In retrospect, we could have easily had our family of 2 adults, 2 kids in one of these rooms, so take this in consideration when booking. Like-new rooms/beds here, and large balconies. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with fresh juice while we checked in and all requests were quickly granted. Two pools, and the included breakfast buffet was really quite good with made to order eggs, pho, and a variety of local and western-style options. The location was fine, a bit out of the center of Hoi An. Definitely walkable but expect about 20 minutes to get to the main area. Transport via Grab very easy and affordable though.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und hat einen super Service. Speisen/ Getränke sind gut und günstig. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein Urlauber. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und gepflegt. Definitiv ein guter Anlaufpunkt wenn man in Hoi An unterwegs ist!

This hotel was above our expectations considering the price per night at aus$35 per night. The room was huge with a balcony. It had a king bed and a king single. The room was very clean. The property had two pools. The included breakfast was nice. It was in easy walkinng distance to town and had complimentary bicycles for exploring. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We loved everything about this property. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. The lovely gentleman who helped with bags etc was amazing also. The rooms were spacious and suited our short stay. My granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to our friends. HoiAn is our favourite destination in Vietnam. Thanks again to the wonderful workers at the Banana Garden Villa.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and feel the hotel is very good value for what you spend. That being said, we did find that the photos of the hotel are a bit misleading. Cons: there was water damage and mold, in the bathroom and into the bedroom (we travelled with two other couples who had the same in their rooms) and many of the pool loungers are ripped. Our keycard wasn’t working properly and we had to wait a few minutes while the door beeped every time we tried to get into our room, other rooms didn’t have this issue, and the hotel was aware of this and did get it fixed on our last day. Our friends all had inconsistent hot water throughout the stay as well. Pros: the rooms are large and spacious, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had bikes that we could borrow, which was a lot of fun and super convenient and the breakfast had a good spread of options and really yummy banana pancakes. The hotel was also great with helping us to organize tours and transport

There was transport from the airport towards the hotel even though we were arriving late. The room is big and clean. The area itself is relatively quiet and in a 15min walk you are in the ancient town. Good location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Our 5 night stay here was enjoyable. The property is really good value for money. All the staff were very helpful, even arranging laundry by the kg and tours for us. Breakfast had great selection with an on demand egg/pancake bar. Old quarter was about a 20 min walk along the river which felt safe to walk along even after 9 or 10 pm. You can start to see the wear and tear of the building (our AC was set to 16 but the room never really got below 22-24), but aside from that, would stay again!

The location was walkable to the town, restaurants and river lantern boats. A bike journey to the other attractions sych as coconut boats.

Nice hotel, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, hot water, and amenities in case you forgot something. Bikes are available to use but could use a bit of maintenance nothing serious yet though. Enjoyed my stay.

Terrific stay at the Banana Garden! Staff is friendly and generous about breakfast and pool hours. It was easy to get laundry done and they gave me info about the area in English. I would definitely stay here again! Please note that the location is a 15 minute walk from the interesting part of town. Not a problem for me and they give you free bikes to use during your stay.

Such an amazing stay at Banana Garden. Upon entering we felt right at home being greeted with some fresh juice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Every day they cleaned and supplied water. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices and a great omelette station. Great location close enough to walk to the tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Overall exceptional value.

Great property for a stay in Hoi An! Provided bicycles are great for an easy spin to town for sites! Wonderful staff to help with tours, lost bicycles, transports and tickets. Would stay here again!

Very kind staff and lovely room with all the essentials. You can take a riverwalk and it's less than 30 minutes to the Night Market. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

The hotel provided us two spacious adjoining rooms, which was perfect for our group of 5. Our family of four traveled with my mother. This hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffets, with local dishes as well as food for Westerners. We only needed two meals a day, because the breakfasts was so hearty. This is a comfortable and family-friendly hotel.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Banana Garden Villa. The host family and staff were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Our joining rooms had plenty of space and were, clean, nicely furnished and comfortable for our family of 4. Daily buffet breakfast was great with different options each an Vietnamese foods.p

The property is very well located, close to Hoi An downtown and main attractions. What I appreciated most was the staff's extreme kindness and helpfulness. We forgot our wintercoats in the room after checkout, and they helped us to get them back by giving them to a driver we hired, and brought them back to another city (where we were after Hoi An). One day we missed breafast as we visited a temple, and the staff gave us pancakes and coffee even outside the allocated time. I had a truly great experience at this hotel, the staff is amazing.

Very helpful friendly staff, good assortment of breakfast, nice area to lounge by the pool and offer free bike’s for a ride into town wich is not far. All in all a really nice place for the price
