We stayed at one of the Villas to accommodate our family of nine. It was the perfect size with a large kitchen and sitting area on the main floor. The Villa was clean, and while some parts of the property were dated, only the adults noticed, the kids did not. Some of the AC units in the rooms were not functioning properly, with one being too hot and another too cool. Service was great because maintenance workers came shortly after we informed the front desk. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but my husband and children did not. I thought the variety was great with Asian and Western dishes to accommodate all palates, but they would rate it a 4/10 at best. I'd rate it an 8/10. The resort was understaffed at breakfast. Service remained good but you could tell they were stretched thin. We spent Christmas at this resort. The resort grounds were weird. There were many vacant storefronts. It seemed like they built it with the hope that there would be many more patrons, but the only time it felt busy was at breakfast and other times, it wasn't as busy.

We had an excellent stay at The Pearl Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a spacious beach view apartment, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. We especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience feel so special. We would absolutely recommend The Pearl Hoi An to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

The rooms were lovely, but the whole property needs a good water blast. Breakfast seemed to never be fresh and the blasting aircon was needed but surely there is an alternative to air blowing on your table. A basic place to stay with a decent pool for young kids - excellent service at the front desk and door. The massage and facial was terrible and the lady needed training, I could have got better in Hoi an on a side street. Whole thing just needs a "face lift".

Beautiful large grounds. Nice spacious rooms and fun pool for the kids. They also enjoyed the playground and indoor play space. It is a bit of a walk to An Bang beach along the sand (i would happily do it, but kids weren't keen)

Beds and linen were lovely. Cleaning staff in rooms did a terrific job. I came here to be in Vietnam and this property doesn’t offer that. Big pool, well maintained. Everyone is making an effort but it’s a huge property and it lacks an atmosphere. It’s the little things. Like charging for pool toys, breakfast in a massive space with no view. It’s an isolated location and down the road is this amazing Anh Bang Beach with a vibe to draw from but we were constantly spoken to in English not even a Vietnamese Thankyou. It’s a hard property to spend time in after being in Ancient Town but if you want a ‘western’ style experience and a big pool and a really comfortable bed then it’s terrific.

Great stay for R&R stay was very friendly and quick to help in any way. The room was lovely bed & pillows super comfy! the breakfast buffet was one of the bests we have had in Vietnam. Other dining was just average and portions small. Pool was lovely and the beach was great not far walking to the little village of An Bang beach.

Parts of the facility were nice but parts were abandoned/run down. Pool area was nice but pool chairs were hard to come by. Not enough chairs down on the beach. Didn’t realize the resort was as big as it was and the large dining hall buffet breakfast was pretty unappealing.
