"The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean and smelled fantastic! Our room was wonderful! Clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge accommodating bathroom. I have health issues, and do not utilize elevators, and the front desk was fantastic and got us right into a downstairs room! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the all night coffee/tea bar was a great addition. The kids loved the pool, and it was always kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back!"

"The hotel was nice and centrally located. Common areas could have been cleaner. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and the AC stopped working around 5a. Staff were great and breakfast was fresh and delicious."

"The air conditioning malfunctioned on the first night, and on the second night, the door was locked due to the battery dying. The construction noise in the breakfast area was unbearable, making it a completely unpleasant experience."

"The hot water did not work in the shower… I was told to let the water run… still no hot water… next morning I wanted to take a shower.. no hot water.. I washed up in the sink… twice.. before going out… and before check out… "

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!"
