“Hotel was clean, and front desk was kind. The room was very cozy and quiet. As we were traveling more than 20 days throughout many national parks, we needed a quiet room for chilling. This hotel was that one!.”

“Check in was a breeze. Great and comfortable bed and bathroom. It was peaceful room. I didn’t know but the hotel is pet friendly, we noticed that there were a lot of dogs in the hotel. Room was cleaned, but saw that they forgotten to Clean under the tv stand. Not big deal. Also got a few dog hair on our sucks which is not a big deal knowing is a dog friendly hotel ”

We tried to reach back the hotel by calling the phone number on the website, but they didn't receive it. About this, is there a way for us to get back the deposit?
