The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable.

The heater was so loud I couldn't hear the TV I thought it was a fire hazard I let them know my first day I waited 3 days complained again because I had no heat when it was 0 degrees outside the shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall anyway I complained lady was very rude took it as a personal attack to I left 3 days early to stay some where else and was told I couldn't get my money back .... We will see

Not what I expected when I booked our room. Heavy smell in hallways and elevator. Our room door was not secured and we couldn’t lock it. That was fixed with my husband’s help.First day we complained about clogged bathroom sink and nothing was done even they promised us that will be checked and fixed.
