"We asked to have the room cleaned daily. It was never cleaned while we stayed there for three nights. The ice machine on our floor was not working and had a sign on it stating it was broken. Looked like the sign had been there for weeks. We were very disappointed. We have stayed there several times before. The pool and hot tub on the roof were great as usual. No complaints there. "

"The worst part is that they have NO HANDICAP access. That is not mentioned anywhere. It was difficult even walking up the stairs and extremely challenging being our luggage up and down to get into the hotel lobby. The facility is ok, breakfast was good but average, bed comfortable. This hotel does not merit the price but I have not travelled for several years and it seems that prices everywhere have increased. "

"Pool did not look like website...pool bar CLOSED, restaurant CLOSED, bar in lobby CLOSED...Plus, only one elevator was working.... And had to get three different codes to get into my hotel room. Waited almost an hour"

"This property is less than a block from the boardwalk and beach. Great location. Room was clean and well kept. In our specific room the bed needs to be replaced (the mattress was old and the springs were noisy when getting in and out of bed.not a comfy mattress.) and and the refrigerator was quite loud when the coolant cycle turned on. But overall I would stay here again, and just ask for a different room"
