"Staff were nothing less than fantastic! This was during a terrible time of many cancelled flights due to weather and government (TSA) shutdown so many people had to book emergency rooms. Although full up, reception was terrific about handing around the reception area waiting and as soon as housekeeping was done, the called people to check-in based on who had waited the longest. They did sucha remarkable job under very trying conditions. Also, the room was clean, comfortable and next time I am there, I will book again. "

"The first room they sent us to was still occupied. I saw a suitcases on the floor when I walked in. The second room had a bathroom door with no lock on it. The hotel was a little bit old and rundown. The room had a musty smell. "
