"The AC was fine. I couldn’t find anything at all. All Ubers I requested to the nearest malls were over 26 USD.. my cellphone signal was poor, which I think it was because they are building a very tall apartment complex and the property WiFi was deficient to no service. I’ve machine was out. The toilet lid was broken as well as the shower head. The sink was clogged. I believe Expedia should not have places like this in its options for customers. At the end of the day you are trusting Expedia to make a selection of places that at least have the minimum requirements for a safe stay."

"Riptide has always been our go to when we stay at Hollywood beach. Only complaint we had were very loud neighbors above us. We will always go back to Riptide!"

"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."
