Our stay was nothing but great. Starting from checking in with Juan Jose and arriving at the hotel the ambiance was great . Parking was available. The room was huge and clean. Will stay again. The only thing needed is a big mirror and a microwave.

This property was comfortable and clean. It is located close to a few restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. We stayed for one night only and were very happy with our stay. I do feel the bathroom would be challenging if staying for a week due to its size. The pool is also quite small. But the room was charming and clean and perfect if you’re not seeking a larger space or more on site amenities.

This was a beautiful place to stay, conveniently located near the beach and other things to do. It was clean. It was quiet and the air conditioner worked amazingly I was never hot. Beautifully decorated room within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Bicycles available “first come first serve” each day from sunrise to sunset. Short drive to grocery store and pharmacy, as well as the incredible Bean Point. Perfect weekend getaway for our family of four! *Note: There is no accessible microwave but also only a mini-fridge.

There was always available parking. Room was super clean. The only issue with this room is the noise between rooms. You can hear the next door folks talking. Room could defenitely use better insualtion. Suggestion for the mgmt team is to have a microwave available in the room. This was inconvenient.

Where do I begin Upon arriving we pulled up to the hotel at approximately 1230p. They’re weren’t any cars in the lot, then remembered that we needed to go to the other property to check in. We got there she told me that I was way early and she confirmed my phone number to text me when the room was ready. At 300p we decided to go back to the hotel to wait for the text. We looked inside and the room was clean and ready, since no text yet we decided to get into the pool and again wait for her text. At 400p I then began to get a little upset as 3 other people were now entering their rooms before us. When I called I kept getting a voicemail. I finally was able to reach a live person and she was able to contact her directly and let her know and she transferred me and she said she was sorry she was helping other guests, like the ones that arrived after us but was able to enter a lot earlier than us. Well, we finally got into the room at 415p. Not anything to be proud of for sure. I would have to agree with an earlier guest review who said it was a dressed up motel 6 and definitely not a $300/night room by any means. There were 5 of us ladies and only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. Pillows stained. Tables stained. No decoration whatsoever. Fridge leaked. Curtains did not cover windows and dragged the floor. Bright lights coming through at night. Headboards not tightened to the beds banging on wall with movement. Pool area was dirty. Not a satisfying experience whatsoever!!!!!

Disliked: Amenities
Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine.
