"Small bath towels … bathroom could have been cleaner … food found in our fridge upon arrival … otherwise our stay was very good. "

"When we got there a bit early the staff in front desk was friendly . need to leave to kill time before we can check it. When we came back the next lady on duty was unfriendly. Pool was dirty. Their breakfast egg taste like sponge with salt water. "

"I felt disrespected by company cancellation policy of refusal to acknowlage your policy by writing, text, or email. I was drastly late due to airline problem and refused reseveraion admission due to 4:30 AM arrival. Reasonable! I asked for something showing what you did and why. Also reasonable but refused. Not customer considerate. "

"First there was electrical issues in the room we turned all the lights off and the right side lamp kept turning on and off still by the bed. The ice maker was out of service so u had to ask for ice but no one was ever at the counter. The restaurant is definitely more important. Our tv went out in our room and they did nothing just said they would talk to management but never did and never got back to us. I called after we left management said they would send us a free stay they never did. Tried calling again they never called back. They give excuses after excuses this is a horrible place to stay! I highly don’t recommend the customer service is not there!!!!! The bed was not as comfortable as I expected from reviews. It was hard. The place is cute but the parking was all muddy not paved we got stuck luckily we have 4 wheel drive or we would have been stuck. For how expensive and high end they make it seem it was very poorly maintained and ran. Awful valentines weekend. Don’t stay here! "
