1st class B&B
An all round excellent B&B. Our hosts are so friendly and gave us some great advice on where to go what would be good to see ( we hadnt been to Norfolk before) Advice on good restaurants in Holt and surrounding area. Amazing breakfast, cereal / fruit juice /grapefruit and any combination of freshly cooked food.

I definitely recommend this B&B. Holm Oaks is an excellent , clean and well-kept property. Room 4 was a very good sized twin room, with a nice sitting area and a large en-suite. There is a lovely conservatory/ breakfast room and garden area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is ample forecourt parking out front for all 4 rooms. The Poppyland train station is a mile down the road.

Both hosts were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. My room was warm, comfortable and well serviced - it had everything I needed for a short stay. I was given some invaluable advice as to where to visit, especially for walking. Overall a very happy and fulfilling stay. I will definitely visit the area again!

A friendly stay well located for visiting Norfolk
Holm Oaks is a small guest house run by a friendly couple who serve breakfast. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed a high quality breakfast with a delicious cooked option. Our bedroom was compact yet comfortable with a modern shower. The hosts provided useful advice as to where to go during the daytime. The property is located in a quite area about 10 mins walk from Holt town centre and a convenient base for exploring the many attractions in North Norfolk.

Friendly family run B&B
Friendly couple run bed and breakfast that is 10 mins walk from the town of Holt and around 15 mins drive from Cromer beach. This place is perfectly positioned for a short stay in north Norfolk. They kindly upgraded our room which was decently sized and had decent breakfast offerings! We were there for the seals boat trip but the lovely couple offered us many other things to do in the area. Would recommend!

Small, quiet, B&B only. Friendly. Nothing posh or fancy. A short drive to village with restaurants (mostly closed on Mondays!).

Run by a lovely couple and a very tasty, lovely cooked breakfast and options! Room facilities could do with a refresh, bathroom quite old and in need of repair/refresh. Room didn't feel too clean (lots of dust behind beds etc). An EV chargepoint would be a fantasic addition for guests to encourage eco friendliness!

Lovely B&B run by a lovely couple who couldn't do enough for you. They were really friendly and went out of their way to drop me off at my car which I'd left at a nearby wedding venue the night before. Nice breakfast and clean cosy rooms too. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect B&B in Holt. Exactly what we wanted, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, nice bedding and a decent shower. Hosts were super friendly.

Hosts friendly and helpful, good breakfast choice, room clean if a little old fashioned, very convenient for Holt. Good for a one night stay which this was.

Great location. Room was much smaller than expected. Toilet and shower room is very tired and smells horribly when sink or toilet is flushed and shower runs. Breakfast was good. Overall a bit disappointing.

Lovely stay!!
Had a really lovely stay here, home from home and the owners are very, very nice. Got a private courtyard with table and chairs, nice to sit with a coffee and paper! Breakfast was the best we have had, locally sourced ingredients. Would definitely stay again.
