"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because they do not have an elevator, and I am traveling with my elderly parents, I put a not in my reservation requesting ground floor, which they switched us to before we even arrived. Breakfast was great, although there was not a meat option, which would have been nice. The main lamp attached to the light switch in the room had some sort of electical problem and wouldn't turn on, then suddenly came on in the middle of the night. It is an older place, and some basic upkeep and maintenance obviously has fallen by the waist side (ripped curtains, old tattered/ dirty carpet, hole in the wall under the bathroom sink, broken glass in the parking lot in a haddicapped spot, etc ) I knew the hot tub was broken when I booked the room, but it would have been nice to be able to sit in. The pool was good, but the filter cover on the bottom of the pool kept comming off, leaving us needing to be very carful with ny childs pool toys. Overall, it was descent. I would probably stay again. "

"Bed was small and lumpy, pillows were too hard, breakfast was mediocre, no yogurt or easy to grab and go proteins. We did like the larger room with kitchen items, table, couch, good shower, two cup coffee maker. They had slow Tesla chargers that did not work on the Tesla App, but we did get it to work on other Apps after lots of research. The hotel staff were no help."
