"Overall, it is a nice property with a beautiful view. The room was mostly clean, meaning the bedding, floors, and bathroom were clean. There was some neglect in dusting the lamps and their shades, and the shades need to be replaced. Also, the room only had one lamp on the bedside table. The room was nice enough, but lacked decor; there were no curtains on the windows, and the overall aesthetic is a bit sterile, meaning that it lacked artwork and homey touches. However, the room does have new wood flooring and fresh paint. Breakfast was adequate. There is a waffle maker, which is nice, and a choice of muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, apples and tangerines, two types of cereal, and several flavors of juice. There is also a choice of tea and regular and decaf coffee. Additionally, there are hot dishes that had potatoes, which I did not try, and breakfast sausage that appeared to be ok, and scrambled eggs, which I unfortunately found to be inedible. That said, there were enough other choices that the flavorless eggs were not a problem. All in all, it is a nice hotel with a caring and friendly staff."

"I have stayed at The Cork Factory before, so I knew I was going to like it. My weekday stay was very quiet - weekend stays can be noisy. My room was spotless, but the furniture is starting to show it's age. Just the same, there were no stains on anything; nothing to cause any concerns. Coffee is available in the lobby between 6AM and 10AM. I wish those hours could be extended. The restaurant was closed during my stay, but there are places to dine within walking distance."

"The suites is going through a major renovation and even in weekends the construction guys were working. Construction materials were all over, at the time of booking there was no mention anywhere about the construction. With the condition it was, the rate should have been half. One of the faucets was not operational and I found an empty water bottle on the floor next to the bed which we didn't consume! We were given a room that is next to a small highway. I heard Al kind of cars/trucks passing our hotel. Rest you could imagine. Still we liked the hotel. Person on duty said that the renovation may be over by November. Looking forward ."

"My wife and I came back home (Strasburg) for a family event. We were greeted as we entered the door for check-in. The desk rep was very friendly and asked that we feel free to call if we needed anything. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The morning breakfast bar was fully stocked and the food was delicious. My wife and I had some "not so pleasant" hotel experiences on another recent trip to another state, but your hotel was inviting and comfortable. We will definitely stay at your facility the next time we are in town."
