“We had to ask for the room to be vacuumed again when we arrived and while the main bits of the room were clean (bed, toilet, and shower), the rest did not seem very clean (stains everywhere on the carpet and chairs, toothpaste marks on the bathroom ledge etc). The bathroom smelt bad and it seemed like the sink was leaking and there was a pile of mouldy looking sludge on the floor as a result. Plates were not clean at breakfast. View from the room was of a wall in the car park. I do not know how...
