“Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.”

“Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We are so grateful we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto!”

“Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

“Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...

“Even though I’ve visited Kyoto more than seven times, this was my first stay at this luxury hotel—and it was truly unforgettable. From the stunning exterior to the pristine room condition and the serene river flowing right in front, the peaceful atmosphere offered deep healing just by sitting there. Above all, the hospitality and service were world-class; I truly felt like I was receiving the best service Kyoto has to offer. The location is also perfect: just 5 minutes from the station and a...

“Location!”

“Amazing experience!”

“Shared bathroom was not a problem at all but the fact that the bathrooms are not in the guestrooms was a bit inconvenient. But excellent services by the staff who make you feel at home and the fact that this actually was a home (to a member of Japanese royal family) gives it a truly unique experience.”
