"Very happy with the hotel. The hotel is two blocks away from the MTR and has a shelter bridge that connect to the MTR. The A11 airport bus drop you off a block away so very convenience as well. Has a beautiful outdoor pool.
The room is spacious and updated.
Two little thing is that the main lobby is little tricky to locate and the hotel elevators are slow and only seem to work one at a time despite that there are 4 available. "
"The property is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The room rate includes breakfast, which is very affordable. Convenient location, which is close to the MTR."
"Great location. We loved the Cruise restaurant rooftop, the food is amazing and you get a beautiful Victoria Harbour view, morning or evening is just perfect !"
"Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Cleaning lady staff on level 29 is professionally good in providing services too. The only drawback is the inconsiderate guest(s) ignored the no smoking rules in the hotel premises. I wish IBIS would take stronger action to deal with this issue."
"Location of the hotel is close to transport by bus & MTR. Also a lot of eating venues nearby. The reception staff and cleaners are very friendly & helpful. The room is spacious too."
