The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Was very close to all of the popular things like the Hilton and Hale Koa. The only downfall was there was only two working elevators, but overall, it was a great clean place to be.

Other than being a little, and I mean tiny, outdated, it was a great value. The rooms were super clean, the staff very accommodating and the location was great. I would stay there again.

Comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Waikiki. Only issue we had was on the way back to the hotel at night. Several very aggressive homeless types. Most likely with mental issues. Needs to be addressed by local PD. If it happens again we won't be back again ever.

Everything was perfect until we found cockroaches😬, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also one of the elevators is broken and you’ll spend a long time waiting for one.

It was a clean and comfortable two bed room with a City view. The pool area was nice. Front deck was always helpful with requests and assistance during our week stay.

We were greeted with a shell necklace; it was very nice. The staff were nice and helpful, the reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 star is because we lost electricity for most of the day. We had to get ready in the dark and when we came back to the hotel, we still did not have electricity, it was very hot, no air conditioner, the elevator was barely working, it was showing all kinds of numbers which made it a bit scary. Otherwise, the hotel was cleaned, the employees were nice, and helpful and it is located close to the beach. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. It was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the beach with parking for a fee available. This was my third time staying there and I have enjoyed every stay.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bus stop. The bedroom is nicely decorated and has everything you need and the front desk staff are friendly and helped me with my special accommodations. Highly recommended!

Parking (paid) is limited, tight. Elevators were slow. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property is a dated, but for the price it wasn't a bad place to stay. Close to the beach, and close to food options, neighboring hotels.

It’s a good place. Good location the beach is across the street. Nice staff, very kind. I don’t like that they charge for parking. A lot to places to shop and eat nearby. I would definitely come back.
