There was a huge storm while we were there so we didn’t get to use all the amenities but the staff was fantastic and the rooms were clean.

Our room was adequate, though not impressive. The common areas of the hotel always seemed to be without air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. The ease with which you could rent beach chairs, surf boards, etc. was a great amenity. The pool area was a highlight and probably one of the better ones in the Waikiki Beach area.

It was mountain view room. Desk area, closet was a decent size. Bathroom a good size. Beds comfortable and pillows were great.

The ocean and many wonderful placea to eat were in quick walking distance. The room itself was beautiful. We had the mountain view and every morning the sunrise waa gorgeous. The entire staff waa wonderful. Lits of things to do just in the hotel. When we come back we will definitely be booking here again.

Room condition was dated (faucet and sink fixtures were rusted). Overall friendly staff. Great location close to shops and walking distance to the beach. Easily accessible by trolley to get to Ala Moana Center.
