I have never stayed in a hotel that had so many friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is right on the beach and the restaurant is top notch too.

The newly-remodeled room was very nice and tasteful, but the construction was loud and the public areas not the most attractive. The room was very clean and the staff courteous. Breakfast at the Hula Grill was very good.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was cleaned well every day. The resort is undergoing a major project but everything was up to par. Food was good at Hula Grill and Dukes (bar and grill area).

We had a beach view room and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony to watch the swimmers, surfers, and catamarans. The convenience of having Duke’s and Hula Grill in the same building was fantastic. Also, the beach access was, of course, spectacular. Umbrella and chair rental was a must for us and having the he rental stand right by the hotel made it super easy to always have comfort in the shade. The only downside to our stay was the construction taking place and the facility. I’m sure the upgrades will be great by the next time we stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay. We did the prime rib buffet and it was good. Nachos by the pool were good. Hula pie— hands down the best! The hotel staff were amazing even with our flight being cancelled they booked us a discounted room and were very gracious. We appreciate all they did.

Major construction going on in rooms and lobbies. Lots of noise Monday through Saturday. Staff was excellent. Room was cleaned every day. Pool and beach excellent. Wait staff and restaurants excellent. Great location in Waikiki.

The new remodelled rooms are fantastic. The hote is under renovations, but that didn't massively impact the experience. Once completed late this year it will be immaculate.

The property has ongoing construction, so noise, dust, and construction will be a part of your stay. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It's on the beach and right in the middle of everything in Waikiki, so be prepared for the hustle of a resort with a lot of people around! Lots of food options on site and nearby. Overall, it's a wonderful location and I would say here again

Very nice open clean spacious oceanfront room! Very friendly staff. We needed an iron and couldn’t find one in the room. We asked the housekeeping staff and left to get lunch. When we got back in our room the ironing board and iron were already in our room.

There was no mention of the construction and renovations that are currently underway at the hotel. Our room was great but there were construction workers everywhere, one of the elevators was closed, the parking was limited (we had a scooter), and there was no credit or mention of the construction prior to our arrival. This hotel is one of our favs, and we’ve stayed here before on many occasions. But had I known we would have gone next door to the Monoa Surfrider.
