This was the worst hotel you could probably stay in near the strip of Waikiki beach. It was not clean, ac wasn’t working, they will not give you any extra face towels through your whole stay, the staff is not aloha friendly for the most part and there are roaches that you will need to fight off during your stay.

The ac wasn’t working but it was okay with the balcony door open and the room had a fan inside the bathroom a little small bed was comfortable didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was ok size Tv was good very big maybe more towels would have been great. The room overall was a perfect size for one. I stayed for just one night but it met my standards. Would I stay there again probably not the environment was a little scary police all around yes but it only made it feel more uneasy

I couldn’t give this hotel zero stars but I would. Staff doesn’t seem to prioritize costumer service. Rooms aren’t very clean with lamps, curtains, mattresses ripped. Shower with peeling paint everywhere. My entire stay which was on the weekend, hotel did not have working AC in the entire building. Could not get rest with all the noise of the street and neighbors whom also had to sleep and party with loud music all’s night, by the way your room will become “smoking” room since all the smoke from neighbors around will go into rooms. Not a single staff member updated anyone and didn’t seem to care for the well-being of its patrons as it was a very hot weekend. Also there was several roaches in the bedroom. Last but not least while still staying at this hotel. The front desk have a new party key to my room and they u locked my door. Hotel did not offer any apology on their behalf. Luckily I always double lock on the inside. Utterly frustrated as the hotel refused to credit me or refund any amount. Thankfully Expedia is an amazing company and they found me a resolution. Expedia has the best costumer service.

This property was awfully terrible. I would never send anyone to stay there at all. To begin with NO AC working whatsoever and they still charged “resort fee?”. Staff very unprofessional, this guy on a power trip and very rude not cooperating with us. I could have cancel it because he offered but I didn’t want to have the hassle to find another hotel after flying 13 hours. I’m glad we used it to sleep only, clean place I won’t lie, “great location”though but definitely I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVER!!! Seriously people don’t go there, it was a nightmare

The lady at the front desk was very nice, although the hotel was terrible. It stunk , the air conditioning was not working and there is not screen on the balcony door so we were unable to open the door to cool down the room. Very outdated and very clean … didn’t even want to shower in that shower. Only nice thing was the staff and the location.

Terrible. Cockroaches in the room. Probably has bed bugs due to getting bit on the ear and had needle like pulsing pain and swell from the infected area. Paint peeling off walls. Water running from shower stall due to a bad water valve. Bed frame broken. Ac filters severely clogged with debris. Place really needs heavy repairs and or remodeling. Only good thing I like is the location.

Terrible place + poor communication from hotel! Upon arrival, we were informed that the AC unit was broken throughout our 4 night stay with no prior communication. There was also no wifi during our stay and the electric fan in our room was broken too, so the only ventilation came from opening the balcony. We had 3 options: 1) don’t stay + full refund (no discount/ compensation at all) 2) stay 1 night + refund the other 3 nights 3) stay 4 nights + no refund We chose option 2 since it we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to find another place. The hallway leading to the room was in serious need of renovations and smelled moldy. The room itself was extremely outdated and slightly dusty. Additional appliances for the kitchen had to be requested from the front desk. We made the right choice staying for 1 night to figure out our next accommodation, as we would much rather pay a higher price for better quality. Would not recommend staying here at all!
