The property was not that bad, but no one told us that there was a repair on the balcony, so we couldn’t use it. Even more we couldn’t open the balcony properly. Because of the repair, in the room was a lot of dust. We 3 times changed our parking spot, because of construction outside the building. Despite those problems the room was good. A lot of stuff that you need for a vacation. Chairs, boards, umbrella, beach towels. In the kitchen we had everything that we need. Even zip bags. If we were there after repair and construction, we could give it more stars

This is the only place I will stay at when I visit O'ahu Hawaii. This condo has everything you need from being 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach, to a kitchen with all dishware, to all beach needs including chairs, umbrella, etc, it is a locked/secure building, and it has a Garage to park you car for free!!! It is impossible to find all your needs and wants in 1 place but Tropical Studios does it, and perfectly. Beautiful, clean perfect!!

Excellent location for walking around Waikiki Beach area for meals, shopping and the beach. The free car parking was great. The room we had was in need of a new coat of paint on the walls and doors. Needs more bathroom supplies, we were only supplied with four bath towels and wash clothes for a 1 week stay. Excellent communication from the managing company.

Thank you for the great stay and attention to detail it was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and mats available. Everything was clean and well thought out. It can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected in the heart of the city. Overall, a great experience highly recommended!

The room was clean and served the purpose. We stayed 6 nights. Checking in and out was easy. The only issue we had is the water in the shower did not get hot enough. The hot water for the sinks was good, just not in the shower. Other than that, it was great.

Good accommodation, safe, clean and parking included. Great value for the location. Just a couple of things owner needs to look at, front door lock was not working properly and toilet flapper was not working. Other than that the apartment is pack with everything you need. Great place to stay.
