"​If I had to sum up this Taj property in one word, it would be impeccable. ​I first booked a suite here last year purely for the airport proximity and EV charging station, but the quality brought me right back this year. ​1. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout. Unlike many other five-star hotels I visited on this trip, there wasn't a single fingerprint or speck of lint anywhere. 2. ​Facilities & Location: Expansive grounds, complete amenities, and convenient direct access to the airport terminal. ​3. Dining: Fantastic variety, an elaborate breakfast spread, and consistently delicious room service. ​4. Service: Exceptional staff who genuinely strive for excellence. When my car key battery died, they quickly sent an electrician directly to my car to fix it. ​This property is a masterclass in hospitality. It sets the exact standard of excellence I would want friends and family visiting from abroad to experience in India."
