The stay was good but the booking process with hotels.com was bad. My card was charged but I did not receive any confirmation. On calling the customer helpdesk they said they cant help. I booked again with hotels.com so for one night stay was charged twice on my card for one night.
After reaching the hotel , I was told Breakfast was not included whereas my voucher showed that it did. Booking experience sucks and so does the fulfillment - I will summarize Hotels .com with just one word - PATHETIC !!!!!
