Our suite was spacious for a family of five and felt clean and new. All guests receive free cookies which were delicious! Our room was a bit warm when we entered but cooled down when we adjusted the thermostat. The queen suite was equipped with 2 huge flat screen TVs. It would have been great to have non-caffeinated teas in the room and at breakfast as well. The complimentary breakfast was great, complete with your standard coffee and tea as well as pre-packaged scones and GF muffins, fruit, eggs and sausages, mini quiches, beef burritos, oatmeal with blueberry compote and nut toppings, yogurt, juices, and cereals. I’m not usually a fan of complimentary breakfast offerings but this one was a standout! The staff were helpful and friendly (particularly the cleaning and food staff). We would return and would recommend to families visiting the area!

I liked the easy accessibility to the room, the freezer full of ice cream on the first floor. The staff also had exceptional customer service, very friendly. The only thing about the stay that was a little odd was the smell of the lobby, it wasn't a bad smell it just didn't smell very fresh either.

I would have rated the facilities 5 stars - but there was construction going on the building, so surrounding area was torn up and had demolition materials scattered around. Also, I asked for housekeeping service to come during the day while I was out. They failed to come to the room.

Checked in pretty late. Front desk was very nice and went through everything despite the late hour. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was ok but on par with other hotel's included breakfasts. Breakfast area was very clean though and the woman putting the food out was efficient as well as nice. Very conveniently located as well.

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for my graduation. It was very clean, well taken care of, helpful staff and had a huge continental breakfast in the mornings. The one thing I didn't like was tbe bed was very hard, but could most definitely be due to my preference.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Hooksett for a seven days while I visited a friend from college. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and undamaged, the bed was sooooo comfy, the tv was of excellent quality, and my stay was very quiet. The breakfast they serve was tasty, contained a decent spread of options, and was open later than most hotels I've been to. The hotel also has a 24 hour snack bar, where you can buy some great late night treats. The area is safe and the hotel felt secure. My only issues were small in comparison. The biggest problem being the pillows. Each bed had four pillows, that were both hard as a rock and lumpy. The bed itself was very comfortable though, so I still had a great night's sleep. I would just recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that: The gym was lacking, only containing basically a treadmill and some weights, but the pool was nice. And there is very little in walking distance and there is limited transportation, so make sure you bring your own car. Would still recommend this place. Especially if you are there to visit SNHU. As the school is just down the road.

Didn’t like the fact there is a smoke shop so close and quite the smell from it. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known. The staff is very friendly.

Great place to stay with the family. The pool was small but very clean and great hours for swim time. The inside of the pool room was run down. They did however have fresh, clean towels in the pool room. We saw several cleaning people throughout our stay. We were greeted by a very nice lady who went out of her way to get us checked in early due to us arriving early. The room was great for our family of 5. The room itself was clean with plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out. The only complaint I had was the air conditioning would not stay running. It shut off multiple times even after adjusting the temperature lower. After it shut off it would not turn back on even though the room temp would go up. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet throughout the stay.

Not a bad spot
Quick trip through town for work. I’d give it a 10 for 10 rating if the dog in the other room wasn’t barking like crazy! Otherwise it was a great stay! I’d definitely stay here again.

The streaming service on the TV didn’t work, the receptionist said it had been down and didn’t know when it would start working - it never worked during our stay. We stayed for a week but only received housekeeping services 3 days.

this was our fourth stay at this hotel and for the money we are quite satisfied. when we had issues, the management was excellent at dealing with them

Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was going to be Motorcycle Week. They are VERY loud and you can't avoid them. But a better window would have helped drown them out. Fortunately, I had ear plugs with me and they took care of the problem.

After checking in, I had to return to the front desk three times because the key cards I was given did not work. Upon finally gaining access to the room, it was dirty, so we were reassigned to a new room. The lounge area was very clean and the entire staff we encountered was very nice.
