“We liked the spaciousness of the suite, and its location. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The only thing we found off-putting were the gaps between the blinds in the bathroom which made us feel exposed, although given we were on the first floor (2nd floor for US readers), was probably not as bad as we felt it was.”

“Thanks for the stay. New ownership transition takes time and I found the experience not well. The property has potential, though maintenance updates to increase guest experience would help. However, the laundry was not operational, TV reception weak, the shower quite lukewarm and a water heater would be helpful here. Free parking 🅿️ is a bonus.”

“The bed duvet had blood and either pee stains on it. Spoke to reception and they changed it. The bar run out of mixers for cocktails. Had trouble with the wifi and was told they were busy. Had trouble getting laundry powder as they thought they were out. Seemed like they were trying to save on giving products out but did tell us to ask if we need anything”
