“Lovely stay ”

“We had a two night stay here in May. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel.”

“Staff are great and went out of their way to ask if a couple wanted to swap their twin room for our double. Room was very dusty on windowsill and other surfaces. Milk stains on the furniture that had the tea facilities and generally not well cleaned. Bedding looked like it had been hurriedly thrown on, same with towels. Breakfast was really nice with friendly staff again. ”

“Room was quiet but a bit tired.comfy bed but could hear tv next door.staff were excellent and breakfast was delicious.all round a pleasant stay.”

“The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.”

“First stay here for a party in Brighouse. Superb welcome from staff on arrival and shown to our room. Accommodation is across the road from the pub and events so nice and quiet and a great space at the front of the building for a evening drink. Very interesting range of ales and other drinks in the pub and an excellent breakfast. The corridors of the accommodation be lye how nice the rooms themselves are, very comfy mattresses and pillows and big towels that wrap around you properly. Highly...

“Clean and tidy, this Northern Quarter boutique hotel is a good alternative for a city centre stay with character. The room was compact but very tidy. The bathroom was cosy, with the shower being a little bit small, but all functional and full of charm. All in all an enjoyable stay.”

“Hotel is right in the heart of Buxton, a convenient walk from the station. It was absolutely buzzing the whole time we were there - bands both nights, live sport in the day, but with the rooms being in a separate building out the back of the pub, it was amazingly quiet after the yard had been emptied. Clean throughout, staff were friendly.”
