“La habitación tenía las sábanas manchadas y sucias, las alfombras parecía que tenías tiempo que no las aspiraban, el chek-in peor que un Airbnb, tenían que mandarme una autorización de entraba que tenía que firmar y me la enviaron después de la entrada por qué tuve que solicitarla sino no daban la llave para entrar al cuarto y además la entrada hay un hueco que solo pueden entrar en 4x4 y pocos estacionamientos.”

“I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything.
