“What a wonderful experience! We booked this accommodation at the last minute and arrived at around 9pm. David checked us in, and he was very friendly and personable. He told me that he gave us a room that we were going to like very much. The room was recently renovated and we had a very pleasant stay. It has been a long time since I’ve encountered a hotel staff member who engaged in such a lovely way with his guests and really made us look forward to our stay. 10 stars for David!”
