“위치 좋고, 독특하고, 깨끗하고 친절했습니다. 크리스마스 시즌 전에 1박했는데 주변에 할 건 별로 없지만 호텔만 보면 2-3일 머물고 싶었어요. 맥주 1+1 쿠폰 받아서 1층에서 잘 이용했습니다. 창밖으로 동네만 바라봐도 예뻐요.”

“This was my 3rd stay and we really enjoy our time as a family at the Enzian Inn. We watched a movie, swam in the pools, and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Great place to take families.”

“The location is out of the way from town noise/traffic but still relatively walkable. The rooms were clean and AC was perfect (we stayed during a hot spell)! The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Breakfast was lovely - each day was a different “main course.” The front desk staff were only available during certain hours, but were helpful orienting us during our stay. There’s even a little scavenger hunt around the inn. Overall I would stay here again.”

“Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. “Such an incredible hotel! We stayed in the wunderbar building, which is where the two bedroom suites are. By far best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It was HUGE, very clean and incredible views. We were steps from all the shops.”

I venture to Las Vegas often and I feel that though tourism is a necessary way for income, I also feel its not carte blanch to charge the public radical prices just because you can. Thats my issue here. I asked for more towels for when I was gone and they only did that. They didnt make the bed or replenish the coffee. Again, at nearly 400.00 a night they need to be...

“Guy at check in acted like he was annoyed to have to answer basic questions (best direction for access to our room, what time was lobby open for coffee) and he only keyed our room keys for one day and we stayed two. Luckily we got back early and getting them reset was easy. The other two desk staff we interacted with were great and so was the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of variety. Room was clean, no frills. All the rooms face the main road and are pretty close...

“Hot tub was out service during our stay. The room was excellent, clean, and tidy bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Pool was mentioned to be heated and at the time we went into the pool is was ok and not heated.”

“Overall the stay was good. However the house keeper left several items from the previous guests in different drawers. It clearly had not been swept there is a massive amount of hair under the bed. It felt a little dirty. We were provided three towels for a three night stay. One hand towel. There was a key left in the laundry room I think by accident, that's how I was able to get more towels. The patio screen door was off when we arrived so I could not have the patio door open without a screen....
