Thank you for your review of our hotel. Kindly note our check in time on any given day starts at 3:00 pm as stated on all our advertising/booking platforms. Also bear in mind check out is at 12:00 pm and so rooms will need to be prepared during that time for our next arrivals. Persons arriving before 3:00 pm more specifically early morning flights, will be required to reserve rooms one (1) day ahead to be ready for check in at that time of the morning. We do apologize for the inconvenience of water supply as the area suffered from a burst main and defective pumping station and also a failed emergency back up on site. As this issue was beyond our control, we will definitely be working on eliminating in the future.

Our karaoke was cancelled in November of 2019, and so karaoke from nearby hotels may be a little loud sometimes; nevertheless we do hope you choose us when next you visit Barbados!

Thank you for your kind review of our hotel. As we seek to be much more than just basic, our restaurant menu is currently being upgraded to accommodate a wider variety and will be before the end of 2020. We hope you can visit again once we have this completed.
