The staff tried to walk in my room every morning with no knock to announce who they were. The first time they were successful and there were females in there sleeping. Every time after that was only prevented because the door was locked, you should knock first before just walking into someone’s room…my last night there I found a small bed bug. I was very unhappy with this finding. The outside bugs, ok we are in an area that looks woody however bed bugs are extremely unacceptable!

Would've rather slept on a floor than these beds if the floors were only clean. The manager on duty seemed like we were troubling here when we asked for another cover and wasn't hospitable. Find another place to stay.

I booked the wrong hotel and couldn't get any help from hotels.com or the manager here at this place. I hate the misunderstanding but unprofessionalism is non acceptable. Y'all should know better and do better.

They don’t wait until my check out, they just come to my room cleaned and stole some of my stuffs. Am very upset with this guys. Never never again in this f** place. Please don’t visit this property. Smells bad Bad service No safe for your personal items

This property is very clean and tidy. The lady at the front was happy till I told her we had service dogs. This is a motel 6 where service dogs are welcomed. Well she didn't Make me feel very welcomed with them at all. No pool it's backfilled and the dry doesn't dry all that well. Probably will avoid this one unless I have to

Nice welcome. Safe and pleasant location. However, A/C very loud. Stains on bedding and beard hair in sink. Odd smell. I was in non smoking room but felt like I was in a smoking room. Did not sleep well and woke up congested from air quality.

Hotel needs serious upgrade
This hotel really needs a lot of work. At check in the staff was nice but the hotel smelled or marijuana. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on but pillows were flat and hard. The rooms are very plain. Lots of holes and stains on the wall. Bathroom also had holes everywhere, spiderwebs in the corner. We only stayed for the night. Wouldn’t stay here any longer.

Ac unit needs to be cleaned and replace filter, gave me a moderate respiratory infection. Also, Checkout is at 11, however, housekeeping came knocking before 10 am and let themselves into the room almost as quickly as they knocked.

I have been a guest at this hotel about 3-4 times, and every time I have stayed the staff is very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff checks on you as well. The television, microwave, refrigerator, phone, and internet work. Two thumbs up. :)

It was okay..strong smell of marijuana in the halls, but i felt safe. There is definitely everything you need around there, from food to stores so that was great.

Staff was great. Accidently left my pillow in the room and housekeeping turned in and desk called me to let me know. I was so thankful as that was my favorite pillow!
