Hi, Im sorry you had a bad experience with us. We did just add all new beds and furniture to all rooms of the property. We have started painting as well. I am sorry you missed all of the new stuff. Our breakfast consists of 1 prepackaged item, 2 flavors of juice, and coffee all day. We do have a nice ihop next door and a dennys across the street. We do have to follow super 8s guidelines for breakfast. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your business.

We also have plenty of toilet paper in stock and keep the rooms stocked, we would have given more if you did not have what you needed. All of our toilets flush as a toilet is supposed to. Hi Justin, We do not have anyone going into rooms unless it is housekeeping or maintenance. They always knock before they enter. I am sorry if you did not answer when the knocked, they do open the door. Either to clean the rooms or do Maintenance if needed. As all hotels will do. Safe Travels!

Hi David, We do have a cart for guest to use. We have phones in all rooms, Our wifi is working daily and is all newly updated. I am sorry if you could not connect, but our staff would have been happy to help you connect to it. We do have a light breakfast, not a continental breakfast. As far as you not having cellphone reception, that is out of our control. We do not have control over your service providers. I am very sorry you had a bad experience. You stayed a week and did not complain or bring anything to the attention of our staff. We are very sorry you had issues and wish you would have gave our staff a chance to fix any issues. We are a non-smoking property, some of our guest do not respect that and we do charge them and do our best to remove any smell. Hi Staci, I am very sorry for any inconvenience you had during your stay with us. We are a 2 story property, no elevator was installed when built. We do not ask for additional money after a pre pay. We do however require a room incidental deposit as listed on our website. Fully refundable if there is no damage. We do offer a light breakfast, orange or apple juice, Coffee, and 1 prepacked item.
