Perfect for my needs
This is a great B&B to stay at in Whitby. The hosts were welcoming, the room comfortable (and larger than many single rooms) and the bathroom outstanding. The breakfast was very good and the location perfect for my needs. I would recommend it.

Superb
What a gem this place is, great location, very clean, very friendly breakfast of cheesey poached eggs on toast was heaven on a plate. Lots of history to the house too. Lee very knowledgable. Would highly recommend and will definately stay again in a heartbeat.

Felt so welcomed

Top marks for this Whitby B & B
Amazing 5 star B&B with rooms with character all so clean and well furnished. Host Lee was very helpful giving us loads of information regarding the house and town. The breakfast was to die for. Look forwards to returning to this luxurious establishment in not so distant future. Whitby had the best fish and chips we have ever had. Enjoyed our visit to the Captain Cook museum with there enthusiastic staff.

Friendly & very helpful proprietor and very good personal service with good food (b&b) Welcoming & good value for money. Quiet location & near the sea. Liked the historical connection with the local dignitariy, Pannett and the appropriate Victorian furnishings and Victorian bathroom. Would certainly go again and recommend to anyone else.

Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut in einer ziemlich ruhigen Seitenstraße, Parkplätze an der Straße nicht ganz so einfach zu finden trotzt des einegschränten Parkens nur mit Erlaubnis. Alles in Whitby fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Frühstücksauswahl und -qualität gut.

Great Place
Pannett House is a beautiful Victorian terrace, close to Whitby Beach and a 10 minute walk into the main town. Really comfortable room with all the amenities. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Great place.

Great stay for a bike rider
I was staying at Pannett House during a bike-packing trip around the North of England, and was unfortunately 2 hours late to the time I originally told Lee, but he was unfased by my late arrival and was more than helpful when it came to storing my bike and making my stay perfect. I stayed in the single room with the Victorian bathroom, which was definitely a sight to be seen, and the room was perfectly clean, with a nearly new carpet, and the multi port charger was incredibly helpful for someone with many things to charge upon arrival. Finally, the vegetarian breakfast was also fantastic.

chose this guest house for a one night stop-over, cheapest price I could find, so did not expect to much, what a pleasant surprise, welcoming host, clean comfortable rooms, scrumptious breakfast and near to local amenities, would recommend and use again. tea making facilities, tv and Wi-Fi, what more could you expect for the price

Friendly hotel close to town and the sea
We had a fantastic time staying at this peaceful oasis, with it's period decor. Would gladly recommend if you need complete rest and relaxation. Staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Delicious breakfast, particularly vegetarian. Can't fault Pannett House.

Arrived late in day, grabbed a park out front and warm welcome in. Up to the top 3 flights of stairs. Quaint room , very high bed. Accom OK. A little tired in places. Small shower. Breakfast great.

Pleasant stay
Quirky Hotel with lots of original features which are well maintained. Excellent friendly host and Spotlessly clean. Only negative was timing of breakfast 8.30 - 900 when you're away for weekend you don't want to have to get up and about so early.

Lee was very friendly and is a wonderful host. He updated me on the status of roads as I was travelling to Whitby on the day of snow.. The breakfast was amazing.. he also upgraded my room from single to double ensuite Overall. Dry happy with the stay

Amazing B&B.
Top b&b can not fault it at all. Host brilliant Food was like being seved as a king or Queen. Clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble. Derseve more than just a 5***** .. 100% go back. Very Happy .

Home From Home
Such a lovely place to stay with friendly service from Lee and Andrew. Breakfast is ample with a big choice, enough to satisfy you all day. Rooms big and well maintained.
