Dark rooms on top of the hill
Nice staffs, Nice food, But I'm sorry to say No lobby, Not a peaceful restaurant bcz it's besides the street. No hot water for a whole night bcz of broken old water pipes as they said. Old dark decoration. In compare with other 4 star hotels it should be 3 star.

빠통으로 부터 조금 떨어져 조용히 휴양할 수 있는 곳.
빠통비치로 부터 조금 떨어져서 조용하게 휴양을 즐기고 싶다면 추천할 수 있는 곳. 호텔 셔틀로 무료로 빠통비치로 이동할 수 있고, 셔틀 시간을 놓지면 리조트 소유의 택시로 툭툭보다 100바트 싼 금액으로 이동할 수 있다. 체리목 색깔의 마루 바닥이 멋진 객실, 높은 층을 선택하면 언덕위에 있는 리조트의 특징을 살린 멋진 뷰를 볼 수 있다.

호텔위치: 산 중턱에 있습니다. 그래서 빠통까지 택시비도 더 비쌉니다
일단 위치가 너무 안 좋아요. 보통 다른 호텔들 앞에는 택시도 몇 대 기다리고 있는데 너무 외지고 산 중턱에 있어서 택시도 없어요. 가파른 언덕을 걸어내려가다 택시가 오면 잡아야해요. 아침 부페도 정말 별로 입니다. 오믈렛 외에 hot dish는 소시지 포함 4가지 그외에는 샐러드와 식빵 뿐입니다. 직원들도 불친절하고 호텔은 달러도 받지 않습니다. 빠통까지 택시비가 편도 300바트이니 차라리 돈 조금 더 보태서 빠통에 있는 호텔을 잡으시는게 현명합니다.

Beautiful! Reasonable!
This traditional Tai style hotel was beautiful with reasonable price. We love view over the beach, balcony, aroma oil defuser in our room. However, location is a bit far from the main road, traffic noise may disturb you.

Great Hotel with little bit difficult location
When it comes to hotel, it is great place. Nice breakfast and kind staffs. But when it comes to location, it will be quite difficult for traveler without rental car since it is up in the middle of mountain.

깊고 넓은 수영장 깨끗한 객실 넓은 욕실, 파통시내에서 멀고 깎아지른 오르막인 위치
객실 내부는 깔끔했고 잠자리도 편안한 편이었다. 수영장은 170 정도일때 목까지 차는 깊은 물로 성인이 놀기에는 넓고 깊어서 아주 마음에 들었다. 사람도 별로 없어서 둘이 세 내다 싶이 해서 재미있게 놀았음. 특히 마음에 들었던건 높은 지대에 자리잡은 위치적인 특성으로 수영장에서 파통비치가 모두 내려다 보이는 시원한 전경. 그러나...높아도 너무 높아서 ㅠㅠ 파통 시내까지 걸어다니는 건 불가능 하다. 셔틀을 운영은 하지만 12시 3시 6시? 간격도 넓고 돌아오는 셔틀도 없고!!! 푸켓의 말도 안되는 택시/툭툭 비용을 오르내릴때마다 지불해야 한다. (파통시내에서 호텔까지 200~250밧 부름. 높다고 악랄하게 50더부름.) 조용히 휴양만 하기에는 좋지만 활동적으로 시내 구경 & 쇼핑 밤문화를 즐기기에는 교통비가 너무 부담이었음. 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠네요. 아무튼 위치 제외하면 4점 이상이라고 생각해요.

아주 만족스럽습니다. 가격또한 다른 호텔들에 비하여 합리적인 편이고 매번 정성이 담기고 넉넉한 조식은 더더욱 맘에 들었습니다. 직원들의 친절함도 인상깊었으나 자기 우선으로 생각하는 태국인의 특성상 무료 셔틀은 몇번 놓치기도 할수 있습니다. 그래도 별 문제 없었던것은, 그 외에 많은것들을 제공받았기 때문입니다. 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다.

The property was in a noisy area due to be located on the side of a road. Land being cleared close by. Very dirty bathroom area with stains on toilet floor . Everything in poor condition. Staff did not have any authority to help people staying at the resort. Felt like young staff not experienced. Internet poor. All items raised with manger who not keen to put right, just compensation. 😞

Traditional Thai style architecture, with the modern touch. My second stay (2014, 2023) and again the atmosphere, staff, and personal attention to your wants and needs exceeds a five star hotel. Very convenient location in walking distance to Patong Beach, yet far enough from the beach hustle & bustle.

Hôtel très vieillissant, les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l’état de l’hôtel, Wifi quasi inexistante, j’ai eu 3 lézards dans la chambre, le personnel est gentil mais dépassé par les problèmes. On nous a dit au Check out que nous avions bu des sodas payants alors qu’on n’en boit pas, plancher fait du bruit… honnêtement, il y a beaucoup d’hôtels sur patong, ne vous attardez pas sur celui-là

The property was a beautiful Thai-styled resort. Very relaxing setting. We loved the pool. We had a beautiful room with pool access. The restaurant on the property was just lovely. Great staff who were very kind and professional. We highly recommend staying at this property. Patong beach is very walkable and kept us fit as it was hilly. All in all a perfect and romantic stay.

We didn’t get the room we had booked and paid for. We have stayed here about 6 times before 10years ago - so know the rooms. Our booking was for 5 days - after 3 days we were offered the room we had booked. The condition of the hotel has deteriorated dramatically. The room we had was exceptionally noisy . The staff tried very hard and the cleaning was good . Unfortunately the problem is the “state of repair”. We have always highly recommended Baan Yin Dee to our friends - but due to the state of the place this could not happen now. It is such a shame as it have always been such a nice peace to stay ( but not now) very sad!!

Stayed at this property for 6 nights over New Years. The photos of this place are truly outdated and i definitely wouldn’t have booked knowing the conditions of the hotel. Booked pool suite with pool access only to have a room across from the pool as they only have two rooms with pool access. My partner and I were eaten alive by bugs that were able to get into the room through the gaps in the doors where seals were supposed to be. Staff have very very limited English vocabulary and makes it hard to communicate, although they do mean well.

I was travelling on my own and this boutique resort was perfect for me. The staff looked after me and I didn't want for anything. Nothing was too much trouble and I would return in a heart beat to stay with them and would recommend. I wanted somewhere safe and quiet and that is what I got. Enjoyed my stay there very much.

The location is why I chose this hotel. then i was wanting a good room size with space this certainly was perfect. i loved the rooms. WIFI was a little weak in the rooms , but excellent by the pool ( great space for an office LOL ) with wonderful service from staff serving Watermelon Crush or a coconut water:) staff were new but very helpful and wanting to help with every request. i would strongly suggest to purchase an Industrial Coffee machine then have your service staff trained as full Barista's at the Phuket Coffee Lab. the breakfast menu could be increased with etc omeletes etc otherwise breakfast was good. thank you for everyone at your hotel i will stay again. Disappointed at Baan Yin Dee - left 3 days early
Disappointed enough about the hotel, that we departed 3 days early after pre-payment and they did not even ask us why. Pool was not clean and hotel generally looked to be in run down condition - so the hotel photos are not very current. There was on-site and offsite construction going on, which was not pleasant, including a day without water... Food was excellent but quite expensive compared to local restaurants. The free transport leaves at 14:00 and returns at 17:00, which for the most part is kind of useless...others have already mentioned about hill. We opted to return to the Royal Paradise Hotel and spa for its excellent pool w/ bar, service and central location for a bit more money and would stay there again every time we visit Patong.

Séjour au calme dans un hotel de charme
Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Problème avec l air conditionné de notre notre à l'arrivée, à peine mentionné nous avons été transféré dans une autre chambre, celle-ci avec vue. Hotel de charme très agréable sur les hauteurs à l écart du bruit de Patong à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Je recommande aux personnes qui aime la tranquillité et le charme d'un hôtel à taille humaine. Tres belle découverte!

I had a very very nice stay at this charming place. The room was big with beautiful teakwood floor. The only thing that could have been better was the Wifi in the room. Often had to go to the restaurant to get a good signal.

Excellent staff. Nothing too much trouble. Very clean and well kept, our rooms were spotless. Possibly only down side would be that it’s on a main road. So not ideal if your sitting chilling around the pool. But we used local beach so this was not an issue for us.

On arrival, the receptionist was very vague, not welcoming at all. Although we had arrived early, and informed them of this prior to arrival, we never asked or requested early check in. We were surprised to be shown straight to our “ Pool Suite” as booked. Only it wasn’t a Pool Suite! It was a “ Road side room”, dirty, foul smelling , absolutely disgusting bathroom, That was it, we were left there with our luggage. Needless to say, we could never even consider staying in a shabby, dirty place like this. I went to reception and told him, we can’t stay, the bathroom is disgusting as is the room. It’s not a “Pool Suite”? He just smiled and say “ Ah! You got to Amari, which he knew because he heard me phone a hotel we had stayed at before. Do not even consider this place. The main pool is by a noisy road, breakfast area is shabby, staff unprofessional, and rooms disgusting. They have the cheek to charge you before you even get there!

Dear Sir, Greeting from Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort! Due to check in time is 14.00 hrs. So, you arrived us at early morning even you notice us but our room it’s subject to available up on arrival. And get warm welcome from our staff. At lease you got check in immediately without any additional cost. And staff help caring bag and inform about hotel facility. After you check in in the pool suite room about 10 minute. I received information from amari that you will go to check in with them. Its make us surprised. After that 2 minute you came to contact us At front desk and said that “ Sorry! It’s not our expected we check out now “ And then we know in earlier you expected to stay in amari.then you waiting taxi from amari to pick up have to wait at restaurant. Also we try to contract taxi to support you no need you to wait long time as we know you was get long flight very tried we support as we can do as we can. It’s surprised the room we was assigned that for you the real pool suite and this room it nice and never get complain by provide guest before. However, Thank you for feedback and we are understand our hotel is not your expected to satay In next time prefer to come back we are still warm welcome all of you. Great Stay with Baan Yin Dee
The location is a bit distance from Patong but this is good and you can exactly to enjoy the silent moment with Phuket. The location is good, the room really big. Base on price point with this level resort and I m really think this is worth. The room is extreme big compare to normal hotel room. Parking is free

A pleasant stay
I have booked a Pool Suite for one night. The hotel is very friendly and comfortable. Must spare some time for the sunbathing and swimming pool here. A bit pity that the pool only opens from 0700 to 1900, and that there is no electric socket near the bed so a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, the breakfast is so good and there are shuttles between the hotel and Patong Beach. In sum, it's definitely a pleasant stay.

Our stay at BYD was perfect! From the moment we arrived we were catered for very professionally - we were even offered a free room upgrade to our surprise! Staff, Food and Facilities are everything the website says...and more!! Only slightly negative issue is that the rooms / bathrooms need a little more light fittings...at night it's not easy to help your partner put her makeup on!!
