충분히 가치있는 호텔입니다.
주로 잠만자느라 다른 서비스는 잘 모르겠지만,가격대비 조식이 좋았어요.깔끔하니 종류도 많구요.방크기도 적당하고 가구가 깔끔합니다.그리고 위치가 좋아서 주면 해변이나 식당가기 좋아요.

Good hotel but not good for all
I like my stay at this hotel exept one thing there was a issue One day I went to swimmingpool with my flipflo And another hotel guest took my flipflop and left hotel sleeper(maybe confused? Never know they didnt say sorry to me after I got returend my shoes) So I asked hotel lobby some girl took my flipflop and staff(who barely speeks english) said to me that they are going to check cctv at swimmingpool and elevator so I went to my room And later when I visit lobby he told me when they checked cctv there was nothing wrong. And his attitude was like... haha I was bit angry and I told him I want to check cctv so he was like 'okay do what you want but you are a liar' so I went guard room to check cctv and when I saw cctv carefully they admit that they were just skipping cctv and said 'nothing wrong' to me. So I did check cctv and found room number who took my shoes and get my shoes back. And nobody apologize to me after that. Actually flipflop was not a expensive thing. I was just angry about their attitudes. I had to spent my time to prove I am not a liar. And had to ask for apologize which nobody did. Hahaha what a situation. So overall, even though hotel room was good, breakfast was good, and my vacay at nha trang was good, I can not say this hotel is a good hotel which I want to visit again. Because I was so dissapointed about that attitude

해변에 가깝고 보기보다 실내가 좋음
해변에는 무지 가깝고 다만 골목안쪽이라 차량 진입이 어렵지만 반면에 아주 조용해서 휴식에 좋습니다. 식사도 괜찮으나 수영장은 구관에 옥상에 있어 생각보다 작지만 해변가 근처 공원에 무료 수영장이 있어서 별 문제가 되지않습니다. 겉보기엔 별로라고 생각할 수 있지만 비엣젯 승무원도 숙박하고 근처 옆 음식점도 맛있습니다. 시내하고도 한 10분거리라 교통에도 나쁘지 않습니다

해변 및 저렴한 마사지샵에서 가깝고 , 가성비 좋은 호텔
처음으로 밖에서 호텔을 바라보면 실망스러우실 수 있으나, 안으로 들어오면 그리 나쁜 호텔은 아닙니다. 화려하지는 않지만 나쨩 해변과도 가깝고 Story나 루이지애나와같은 멋진 커피숍과 가까워 바다를 보면서 여유를 만끽할 수 있습니다. 아침 조식은 필수적인 음식만 나오는데 큰 기대만 하지만 않으면 먹을만 하고, 서비스는 약간 부족한 면이 있지만 뭐 참을만 하고..공항갈 때 데스크에 이야기했더니 3만동에 밴을 불러 줘서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 냉장고가 시원치 않은 거 빼고는 별 어려움 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 다만 메인 거리와 걸어서 10~15분 정도 떨어져 있으므로 걷는거 싫어하시면 좀 불편할 수 있습니다.

Reasonable Hotel in Na Trang
Has 2 building, what they call old and new, recently built and mainternace was standard and reasonable. Quit le easy to access to the beach and local restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was good. One problem was the only PC in lobby was old and broken, hence unusable. 전체적으로 중간 이상급의 호텔입니다. 다만 새 건물인 경우 복도와 계단 등에서 시멘트 냄새가 납니다.

Отдых с удовольствием
Делала бронь для брата. Он прилетал из Америки. Пишу с его слов. Отель очень достойный. Вполне соответствует американским стандартам. Номер просторный, светлый, с хорошей мебелью и сантехникой. Кровати большие, матрасы и бельё высокого качества. Ресторан радовал чистотой и разнообразными блюдами. Хорошее качество обслуживания, доброжелательный и предупредительный персонал. Отличный бассейн, великолепные напитки в баре у бассейна.

Salvo la limpieza de la habitación el dia de la llegada, los demas dias bien. Hotel con buena ubicación, buen desayuno y personal, que nos dejaron guardar la moto de alquiler en el garaje del hotel sin coste.

不錯的酒店
整體不错。住了4天自助早餐每天都會更改一些食物款式，還由家庭房升级了我們住豪華家庭房。唯一不好是按摩浴缸沒有浴廉或屏風，以致洗手間地下全濕及弄髒，建議必須改善。

We stayed at Balcony Hotel in 3 days. The staffs are very friendly, the hotel is clean and big enough for my family 4 persons. Beside breakfast is included, we also had lunch in hotel, it's very good with acceptable fee (for quiet, cleanness, comfortable)

Nice hotel on the main beach strip.
Good hotel with excellent friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast needed to be hotter in the bain marie's. Eat early as most are not replenished. Enjoyed our stay.

Always perfect at Balcony hotel
We stayed here a year ago on our honeymoon. It was so good we came straight back to stay again, this next time that we visited nha Trang. Most of the staff were the same and all welcomed us warmly. The great quality and value for money, has not changed. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful again!

The friendly and helpful staff made a lesser enjoyable stay more bearable. Breakfast had many choices, but was one mass stampede, with people phycically pushing you out of the way to access the food, piling plates high with food, placed in the middle of their tables, then wasting most of it. Crockery was broken in some of the frenzies, and it was ugly. The mini bar turned out to be an electric cooler, which held the contents at a lukewarm temperature, though with a home made ice bucket, the bar staff on the top floor were very obliging at filling it each day. It soon melted, however. After 7 nights with no clean sheets, we finally stripped the bed ourselves, and scored clean sheets. The balcony itself is not for the fainthearted, and the window and balcony are both only feet away from the windows of the next hotels, so they have full view of you, and vice versa.

Billigt men ikke stor value
Hotellet ligger i en lille gade til den store strand boulevard i den sydlige del af byen. Beliggenheden er ok iht strand, der er en lille gåtur ind til de gode restauranter. Hotellet herunder pool og værelser er lidt slidt. Der er ekstremt lydt, så god mulighed for at høre de russiske børn lege tidligt om morgenen. Morgenmaden var dårlig, omeletkvinden redder den på målstregen.

We felt not worth to stay in Balcony. The staff was initially rude when we check in and we still have to pay additional $70 000vnd for the car park. The room and blanket really smells.

Convenient hotel
The room was quite clean and new. The location was convenient to everything you need especially the beach. I may be over sensitive to the aircon as I felt wind to my head while I slept.

Be Nice to the Staff
The hotel was close to the beach, breakfast was good and our room was large and comfortable. The only negative We could say is that this hotel's customers are approximately 90% Russian and we found them to be unfriendly and often rude to us and the staff members. This has made many of the staff not particularly courteous due to the way they are treated, however, once they discovered we were friendly and eager to chat with them their attitude changed. The Vietnamese are lovely people!

Top Hotel leider ein wenig hellhörig.
Hotel ist an einer super Lage, gutes Frühstück und die Zimmer sind schön sauber und komfortabel. Leider wird Nha Trang von Russen dominiert, auch die Werbetafeln sind auf russisch, sogar die Einheimischen können russisch und man wird selbst direkt auf russisch angesprochen. Gegen ist sehr schön nur leider zu viele Russen.

Отель очень понравился! Великолепное отношение персонала. Номер всегда был чистым, уборка ежедневная, очень качественный бесплатный Wifi. Номер у нас был на 9 этаже. Боковой вид на море. Ниже 6 этажа лучше не брать, т.к. рядом большая плотность застройки и тогда вида у вас не будет. На 20 этаже расположен бассейн и бар! Очень удобно и вид великолепный! Есть 2 российских телеканала. Море в 2 минутах ходьбы (есть нюанс - нужно переходить дорогу). Но в Нячанге все отели расположены через дорогу. Быстро привыкаете!

Clean and spacious
Nice staff mostly. Breakfast good choice catered towards the russian clientele. Sadly no yoghurt or cereal but there was fruit. Hotel fequented by russians. Restaurant was good and well priced. The sky bar and pool are nice area. Sadly lots of construction going on in area for about 14 hrs/day.

Great hotel and great value for money. Staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast was tasty and lots to choose from. Some options of cereal would have made it compete. Trang, the front office manager did a great job at booking in our group. Will definitely stay here again.

Balcony hotel
New hotel. We had my wedding group staying here. The staff did a wonderful job, especially Trang, the Front Office Manager. Nothing was too much trouble, they really did their best. Food was great at breakfast time. Some cereal options for breakfast would really have topped off the breakfast buffet. They did well handling all our bookings and our tours, as they are tour booking agents as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and well located
Stayed 11 nights over Christmas / New Year Break . We had a Balcony Room on 11th Floor. Room was clean , well presented and fairly spacious. The room has tea and coffee facilities but no sugar was provided. Air con worked well. Probably the only downside was the fact a lot of construction is happening in the area and daytime noise was rather annoying if one stayed in the rooms for any reason. No noise problems encountered at night time. Obviously this is not the Hotels fault but still needs to be considered when staying in that area. Most hotels would have similar problems. Overall really enjoyed our stay and a special thanks to the breakfast room staff who were just so nice. Would recommend to friends.

מלון עם שירות ותחזוקה גרועית ביותר.
מלון שאף אחד לא מדבר מילה באנגלית, שירות גרוע, הזמנו הסעה לשעה מסויימת שינו לנו את השעה ורק במקרה כששאלנו, אמרו לנו, כן הקדימו לכם את שעת היציאה בשעה. האוכל לא טוב.
