Very nice front desk staff, wonderful maintenance and housekeeping staff. The fridge was broken (literally) and the bathroom over head light was like in a haunted house. They replaced the fridge and repaired the light right away, and called me on my cellphone to make sure to get a verbal permission entering my room. The hotel is definitely need to be bulldozed down and build a new one. The stairs are tripping hazard with broken front edges and mattresses has so many stains and “orange “ color splashes on the edges (not just mine as I saw other mattresses like mine in other rooms), the tub is in horrible shape that I had to purchase tub liner to step in. There are no bugs under the mattresses and the bedding smelled freshly washed. (But I still purchased disposable bed liner to sleep in). For the price I paid, it is a hotel for me. Again, people who works in this hotel is A , but the hotel owner will need to be dragged out and public shamed to let the hotel sits in its physical condition.

The rooms desperately need to be renovated. Cracked paint, dirty carpet and chairs, cracked walls and ceilings and tub holds water rather than draining during shower.

Needed a room for 1 night close to an event. Room wasn't ready until close to 4pm. Updates badly needed, facility is run down. For the price, it was good enough for a shower, beds and air conditioning. Located off the main street so a lot of traffic. Luckily, we had a room in the back of the property so noise didn't bother us. Lots of restaurants nearby. Driveway could use repairs.

They need to let people know it’s a 50 dollar deposit. And the check in is at 3 and out at 12 it’s not even a full day stay. Plus if want to check in early it’s a 15 dollar fee. That’s something that should be explained in the property policy and procedures.

There was a lamp that had a been fixed,the cable was cut in half and rewired. It didnt have electrical tape on it and the tape was already coming off. I have a 1 year old daughter who was around the area so i unplugged it.

Don’t recommend
Sheets were dirty , had to bring our own Blankets . Walls stained . Toilet and floors stained . Very very rundown . Trash by stairs , long black hair all over sheets and crumbs . Bugs on tub and sink . Very gross .

The worst place I have ever stepped foot in. Hasp and deadlock did not work. Chair was so stained that there was no way you would touch it. Smelled like dirty feet, body odor, and stale cigarettes. I heard every conversation in the room next to me like they were in my room. Sink water did not turn off. Turned off the light before I got in bed as I did not want to know what I was sleeping in. $250/night. The worst or the worst.

The price was more affordable than most of the hotels in College Station on gameday, but the place was not great. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point and the repairs are not great. There were stacks of mattresses in the parking lot. The playground equipment was scary.

It was an adequate property for a budget stay during a football game. It could use some updating, but for the price it wasn't bad.

When I arrived I noticed the lobby smelled stale. My room was shabby and the bathroom appeared to slant. The bathroom door would not stay open. The bed was hard but linens were ok. The bath washcloth was threadbare. The room was not inexpensive so I was surprised at the overall shabbiness. The breakfast was pitiful. They boiled eggs in a crock pot. Slices of bread were in the display cabinet. They had bananas.

Not a great stay
There were roaches dead on the floor… the towels had two spiders on them. There was no hot water. When I say none I don’t mean it came out cold it didn’t come out at all. The sheets were all stained but the air blew cold.

I left the property a day before due to the poor condition of the facilities. Smelly room with leaky faucets. This was my worse experience staying in a hotel in USA. Extremely low standards. Will never stay again.

Extremely old and unclean. My room had dirty standing water in bathtub. Carpet was stained and torn. Bed sheets were not clean. I could not stay and had to book another hotel.

Disgusting
This is definitely not a place to stay, the room smelled like mildew and was just dirty. The door did not seal correctly so lots of insects flying around mostly Nats. The towels in the room are in need to be replaced with new ones, they are so worn out and falling apart. One of the larger towels was so stained it was just disgusting that I threw it in the trash,sure hope they didn't take it back out to be reused. I would never stay there again even if it was free.
