Staff is the main thing in this hotel, stayed there 2 nights. They provided different pillows when we requested and they were always helpful with any request. Breakfast was very good! Great location, with coffee shops, fast foods, and other restaurants.

Hotel staff were GREAT! Room was nice, clean, and spacious. We didn't walk around much at night. But there were two restaurants very close! Always taxis waiting to take you to old town or airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel !!! Me sentí como en casa. El personal de servicio atento, amable, eficiente, ágil y sieeempre con una sonrisa. Todo sumamente limpio. Restaurantes al lado del hotel. Las habitaciones cómodas y el desayuno variado, fresco y abundante. Creo que es el mejor hotel de Quito. No le pide favores a ningún hotel cinco estrellas. Es el mejor en calidad-precio. Me quedaría de nuevo en el hotel sin dudarlo.

Lo primero que nos paso, es que HOTELES.COM informo que la tarifa ya era total con impuestos, cuando llegamos, nos fue informado que debiamos pagar 12% impuestos en el hotel? nos dijeron que esto siempre pasada con expedia y hoteles y que es una "publicidad engañosa" de ambas paginas, ademas de eso nos quisieron cobrar el 12% mientras el gobierno habia anunciado 8% impuesto por ferido, cuando reclamamos, se nos hizo la corrección. La habitación super calurosa, nos dijeron q solo tenia calefaccion, hasta el sgte día recien nos dijeron q habia posibilidad de cambio, nunca nos preguntaron, desayuno super malo y decepcionante para ser un Holiday Inn, almohadas duras, envase de shampoo no alcanzaba ni para una persona.

Nos esforzamos por hacer que cada estadía sea lo más placentera y cómoda posible, y utilizaremos sus comentarios para asesorar a nuestro equipo a fin de brindar una mejor experiencia en el futuro.En relación al Iva en Expedia me permito enviar el extracto enviado por Expedia al Hotel: "En nuestras páginas, públicas cada hotel contará con una leyenda que indicará lo siguiente: “Impuestos y cargos incluidos, excepto el IVA. Los ciudadanos locales deben pagar el IVA en el hotel.” De esta manera, tanto para reservas prepagas en línea, como para reservas con pago en el Hotel, el huésped local sabrá que el IVA será sumado y cobrado en el alojamiento." Esta es la razón por la cual el Hotel solicita el pago del IVA.Espero que nos brinde la oportunidad de quedarse con nosotros nuevamente para demostrarle que su estadía insatisfactoria fue una excepción.Estamos para servirle.Saludos cordiales.
