I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was fine for a one night stay. My biggest complaint is that the blinds in my room were broken and street light right outside the window lit up the room all night.

A very good value. Room was comparable to other chains, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was free, but provided by a nearby motel, a minor inconvenience, but might be problematic for those with mobility limitations. Breakfast was excellent, however.

No curtains on the windows and our bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way. Dirty toilet and towels from the previous guest still in the room.

Necesita cortinas, no tiene, las persianas están muy translúcidas, la luz de afuera aún siendo de noche molesta para dormir no se puede dejar la habitación completamente oscura. Habitación con insectos.

Nos disgustó mucho que ofrecían desayuno y fue una mentira pues nos dieron una bolsita, un día con burrito congelado (muy feo) y dos yougorts con un jueguito de niño y el segundo día ya solo con una galleta, que porque ya no tenían yougurt, es na cadena grande como para no estar preparados

No curtains on the windows and bright parking lot lights make it impossible to sleep if you are light sensitive. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee pots but empty. No once but multiple times. 3rd floor breakfast room. Very inconvenient. Breakfast however was good.

Hola buen día, tengo una queja sobre este lugar..lo elegí por que ofrece desayuno, y resulta que no dan desayunos!!! Otra cosa que no me gustó es que no limpiaron nuestra habitación, eso si me pareció muy mal. Me gustaría saber si me pueden ayudar para que se me bonifique una parte por favor

El comedor estaba en remodelación así q daban un desayuno fatal. Las señoritas que atendieron cero actitud de servicio. No había vasos para café. Al pedir me dijeron q no tenía.

I can tell they are remodeling this property and the decor is looking very modern and well appointed. On the downside, the rooms have white plastic blinds and no curtains. The sun comes right through them, and even worse, the bright freeway lights and billboard lights shine in all night! That along with the toilet that kept making a wheezy sound every 3 minutes made for very little sleep.

No breakfast during renovation
Room was fine, breakfast was non existent for 2 days of my stay, no juice available on another day. The breakfast was grab n go but it was mediocre at best.

Needs a few upgrades
While rye bed was comfortable, the pillows were small and rock hard. They have security lighting in their parking lot but thin white blinds on the windows so it’s like daylight in the room all night. They need black out curtains. This is a pet friendly hotel, but unlike other pet-friendly hotels, there was no where close where our dog could relieve herself. The pressure in the shower was excellent and it is a nice, quiet hotel. Just needs some upgrades. Looks like they have been renovating the rooms and our bathroom had spilled paint drips on the floor and some smashed plaster debris.

Bad business.
Issue was they were remolding and service was poor. No continental breakfast. They gave out grown bag with a juice and burrito. Nothing warm. I understand when you’re trying to upgrade your business but we shouldn’t have to pay full price and not receive full service

It is in a great location and the staff is very nice. Wish we would have known about the remodeling that just started that day. The room could have used a dark curtain. We faced a courtyard and had a light coming through the blinds all night
